I would describe Rupa as: Positive, wise, Oprah-esque, and clarifying. She is very good at listening and getting you to see things differently, e.g. what does your past look like if you didn’t remember only the negative things; where would you be today if the negative things you remember never occurred; that irritating person really is your hero; your feelings of being irritated are really a call for you to make a change not to change someone else. I would recommend Rupa to : Anyone who needs a new perspective on life; who is stuck in feelings of frustration, anger, etc.
