100 Days Of "Words Of The Day"

Every day for 100 days I described what the day brought to me and taught me. This book is an attempt to share my journey, lessons I learned, important thoughts that made a difference in my day, gratitude that I felt for very basic things that are usually taken for granted, and much more. 

​I hope just reading one page a day can bring some awakening, some awareness, some spirituality, some self introspection, some fun, some thought. May you be able to find life in the Present moment.

From the sub-continent of India and Southeast Asia to the United States, I have studied and worked to become a woman of empathy and strength; a woman who understands the challenges faced by women and children throughout the world, and I have decided not only that I can make a difference – but that I must.
