While learning the second degree in Reiki, my voice started to come back during a meditation. From that day, my path in Reiki and wellness was laid down for me. The magic that Reiki brought to my life was indescribable, and I realized that it was worth sharing with the world. I have achieved my Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition® (IIN), the world’s leading Health Coach Training Program™. During my training at IIN, I studied over 100 dietary theories, lifestyle management techniques, and coaching methods with some of the world’s top wellness experts. On my own, I have learned and practiced meditation, yoga, positive affirmations, and much more for decades. |
